Service Call or new BBC?

First I get all 0's for 103b.

BBC is connected

I have OTA Locals diplexed in but they are done so at the dish and im not capable of disconnecting them or putting the BBC's in front of them which has been suggested.

Searching for signal obviously on 480,481, 498...etc

I have the protection plan and am wondering if I should call and have a tech fix the problem or would a defective BBC possibly be the problem?

I would call and have them fix it, as that appears to be your problem, and if not the tech could also replace your b-band converters

If it's that Terk clip-on OTA antenna with internal diplexer it's the problem and won't work at all with the 5LNB dish.
