Louisville local networks??

Hey insiders or anyone, when will Louisville be available? I e-mailed DISH and they said that no tentative date has been set for Louisville, and realy would not even acknowledge that Louisville will be added at all! Aggravating! Anyone know when we can subscribe to Louisville locals. Need some inside info here. I live in Southeastern Kentucky, but I will be "moving" to Louisville when the locals become available...strange coincidence isnt it? :-)
