Yesterday I had the Cal-Arizona game scheduled to start at 6pm My wife (a big Cal fan) had me show her that there was a proper entry in the To Do list.
Meanwhile, I watched a different game on our HR10-250. I never revisted the Playlist after gametime to confirm that it was in fact recording (silly me!).
At about 7:30 my wife decided it was time to start watching. Not only was it missing from My Playlist, the History shows that it had been deleted. "Info" just states, "This showing was deleted by the viewer. (1001)."
Although I'm new to the HR20 and I don't yet entirely trust my ability to operate it, I certainly would have noticed the confirmation dialog that pops up when I delete something from the To Do list or, or the two dialogs when I try to delete a program from the Playlist while it is recording.
Although we got to pick up the Cal game at the end of the 2nd quarter, this phatom deletion is pretty disturbing, can anyone posit a plausible explanation of what might have happened; i.e., how I might have inadvertently deleted the game?
