Ok, I got th HD package and receive all the normal HD channels, 498 worked fine until yesterday, but now.... 9300 and 9301 show 721 (channel not purchased) and 490 has audio but no image....
I'm getting 721 on 9300/9301, but 498 is working for both video and sound

I'm also getting 721 but I'm on a dealer system which is a demo. I'm guessing they didn't authorize those systems for 9300 and 9301. I checked my home system and both channels are fine there.

well.. mine is NOT a demo, but maybe it has relation to the base package, my base package is one old (not offered anymore) of the spanish channels packages (Opcion ultra especial), and on top of that the HD package.
I called DirecTV and after they removed and re-added HD Access to my account, 9300 and 9301 worked.

Do this or try to change on the website. There were a lot of 721 problems on Sunday am tests and all were corrected.
Note that a re-hit from the website did NOT work for me - the call to remove and re-add HD Access is what worked.
And of course I had to go through a frivolous reboot.
getting pict & sound on both 9300 & 9301 now in favorites lite here in s,w,tx @ 325pm, clato

D* should really fund this site. The amount of money then save in tech support/CSR calls is very substanial.

True. But I'd rather that the place stayed "independent" rather than take money from any providers.
I do think that a couple of the mods here should be paid as at least part-time DirecTV employees :)
But then, to be consistent, I guess I wouldn't want them to be moderators, just participants. I confuse myself sometimes!
