Is this DishNetwork's Xmas present to us? A return to the bad old days of DP problems?
For the past two days, the nightly download has not occurred to my stock 7200. I have only two days of program listings, which I could live with except for the fact that MANY of the channels
say "No Information".
The affected channels are spread across the spectrum: some local channels, some premium movie channels, some regular channels.
I've pulled the smart card, powered off on the front panel, and used the 32768 code, all to no avail. When the system comes back, it spends 10 minutes supposedly downloading program information, but with no difference from the previous listings: "No Information" on many of the channels.
What's going on?
I can't go to DirecTV because DTV does not offer my locals, and Dish does, so as long as I want locals, I'm Dish's captive audience.
