I need some advise.
My HR20-100 has been working fine since I got it in July. This last weekend, OTA antenna #2 would not acquire a signal. Antenna #1 was at around 95%. I called D* and relayed the problem and I was informed that I needed another box and one was ordered. Today I am checking the D10 test channels, which are working great, and noticed that both tuners are working fine now. My dilemma is rather or not to keep the unit being sent or hold on to this one.
Anyone have any experience with this type of issue. Could this have been a glitch or is the tuner bad and about to go out.
