View Full Version : 721 - do I need to upgrade to the new HD tier?

There's a link on the D* website indicating that existing cutomers can sign up for the new HD channels, but when you go through change programming there's nothing listed. I already have HD Access listed, but no 9300 or 9301 (msg 721).

Has anyone done the drop and then add through the website? Where does it appear in the change programming?

Yeah, you can't do it on the website now. Just call and have them drop it and then re-add it. It worked wonders for me. Give your system a couple hours to get the 9301. I got frustrated left, then came back in a few hours and they appeared. Try refreshing your services too.
