BUMP :)
I am in Oviedo and had an HR20 installed in late July. Mastec did the installation. It was scheduled for 8:00AM - 12:00AM Friday July 26. The installer finally called at 11:00AM indicating he would be late and didn't show up until 12:50PM.
The guy did a decent job. He couldn't put the dish on the eave of a roof cut out I have (where the old dish was located) due to the weight of the Slimline and an impending tree growth issue so we found a spot on the roof about 5 feet from the edge. The dish base had only one inline center screw hole for some reason so I drilled another with my cordless. I used a flashlight and an old hockey stick to identify and mark the joists and the installer nailed them with the inline center holes on the dish base and the two mono poles. He also put down Bishops tape under the base and I have had no problems with any leaking.
I told the installer to use the existing RG6 since I put in in 3 years ago and knew it was copper core and good quality. I did have him replace some screw in connectors at the grounding block which he did with no problem.
I received an HR20-100. Signal strength was great on the 101 but I am thinking of calling them back out as my 103b signals are kind of low (low to mid 80's) and 103a is 60's to 70's. Installation took about 90 minutes.
