Got them all but Animal PlanetHD... [Archive]

Anyone else have that problem? Says channel not purchased, but its part of my Directv Plus HD package... I checked the channels on my way out this morning. I plan to try to troubleshoot when I get back home.

Do you have "The Choice" or higher package? Animal Planet is not included in the Family package.

If you do, go to DirecTv.com and refresh your services.

Yep, I have Total Choice Plus HD DVR...I'm kind of afraid to even "refresh" my programming, don't want that to be seen as a programming change. I want to stay "grandfathered" in. Maybe it'll work when I get home

You won't change anything by going into My Account>Log In>Troubleshooting (Under Upgrade Equipment)>Refresh Your Services.
