DIY Satellite installation questions?

Can anyone advise on a good website, or websites for finding good information on running cable, the tools needed etc and then installing a satellite - levelling it out and getting a good signal and mounting and grounding it correctly?

Or if anyone knows of good places to learn how to run cable etc?

I always start with Sadoun's site http://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Installation/Installation.htm, but I suspect there are probably others about as good.
