One RCA Amplified HDTV antenna from Best Buy split to TV (Mit 65831) and the 622.

This might be more related to my individual situation but I was furious last night when I went and watched Heroes and Journeyman in HD that I had on the DVR on my 622.
I recorded 3 shows on my 622 on Monday. Prison Break which came out good and the 2 NBC shows.
Normally NBC comes in good. But every few minutes it kept skipping saying recording was lost.
Drove me mad! I ended up watching Journeyman online.
I have the antenna pointed towards Fordland where the towers are.
The weird thing is if I switch to my TV the quality is awesome with no skips so it's still any issue with the tuner in my 622.
Any suggestions?
