HBO HD's?

Has there been a definitive answer on why D* by-passed the additional HBO HD feeds (beyond the primary HBO HD channel they have always had) in the initial channels launch but did extra Showtimes, Movie CHannels and Starz instead? The SD siblings of the HBO channels have a higher viewership than those other movie channels, so why launch the less popular stuff first any skip the #1 premium channels?

Do we know if the HBO's are definitely in the slot for October?

(basically, HBO West HD in October, the others to follow late 2007/early 2008....HBO hasn't created HD feeds of all their channels)

HBO isnt launching there other HD channels untill late this year or 2008. They only have the main one and West so far. Its not D*'s fault.

I'm sure they are coming - from reading posts and news stories of the past few years, I have the feeling that DTV & HBO do not exactly have a marriage in heaven, this might be the reason for not providing the additional HD channels in the first month. I do see HBO west coming in October, but who knows with the rest. :rolleyes:
