Prev HD channels now in MPEG4?

My understanding is that the "previous" HD channels (HD-Net, Universal HD, etc.) were in MPEG2. With the new batch of HD channels coming online, are the previous channels now broadcast in MPEG4?

No. The understanding is that they'll move everything to MPEG-4 late into 2008 or so.
