Positive Install Story

Seems like there are many negative install stories, so I wanted to share my positive one. I had two HR20-100s installed today, along with an AU9 dish. Time window was 8-12 today, installer showed up at 10am. He was very polite and clearly knew what he was doing.

I showed him my setup and he got to work. 2 hours later he was done.

PQ is AMAZING. :jumpingja (Particularly compared to SD, which is what I had).

The installer did not balk at my many requests (as suggested by this forum), including showing me the signal strength on the transponders, etc.

All in all I'm very satisfied.

Oh yeah, did I forget to mention....the PQ is AMAZING. :D :D

There are some very good installers out there. I've had positive experiences as well. There not all bad, Sometimes the nature of forums give the impression that all will be negative.
