WB interference

When I watch a live or recorded show from our Houston local WB channel 39 we get several brief blips or blackouts during the show. About the only thing we watch on this channel are re-runs of Friends and the Gilmore girls but it happens a few times during each show. It only happens on this channel. Could this be a SAT, WB, or local channel problem? Anyone else experience this?

I had a problem like this on one of my locals about a year ago, and I was told it was a spotbeam problem with Ultimatetv. It went away after about a month, but Ultimatetv refunded their $9.95 fee for four months (a nice $40 credit on my bill). Call Directv and see if they can help you isolate the problem, and give you a credit at the same time.

You may also want to try to watch it OTA (if you can) and see if the problem shows up there as well.
