ER Season Premier, No Show

The season premier didn't record and I'm not having a good weekend.
It's showing in the to-do list as a series link and there is nothing in History to explain why it didn't record. Nothing else is set to record at that time frame.
LOMY is not happy at all, and it's all my fault. And of course NBC doesn't have full episodes available for viewing. No luck finding thru other sources yet either.

My local HD channel recorded ER with no issue. Is your series link set on an NBC that you don't get?

Nope, all other shows set to record on the local NBC station (via D*, not OTA) record fine, so has ER until now.

I also didn't get it. I think, in my case, it was because it was scheduled to start at 10:01 and I had two other series links (although lower priority) that started at 10:00. I had my ER set to record on channel 84, the west coast NBC feed. Another case of these screwy start times creating havoc with DVR recordings.
