2 frustrations for us on our Saturday install:
1: I had a "morning appt." --> 8 to noon ... Installer never showed up until 2:30 PM .... had a tough job before us and just couldn't get it completed in time.
2: D* really hosed over the Access Card data and the Receiver ID's -- It took nearly an hour to get these straightened out and working for BOTH receivers.
By 5:30 PM, all was up and working fine....
D* really needs to do a better job at the "Access Issues" ... They should allow isolating and entering information via their Web Site.. It would save a ton of time on HOLD -- especially on Weekend installs.
