Who is your ISP? I'm on Verizon FIOS and it's worked great the last three weeks.
Do the following:
1) Check your speed at DSL Reports (URL is in the FAQ).
2) Check your wiring and connections.
3) Complain to your ISP.

I love SC. With exception to week #1, SC has worked flawlessly. I run the RZC on my laptop and watch my game of choice on the big screen. :new_smili
Check your settings on your PC and your ISP. Good luck!

I'm having no problems either. The first week was inoperable but since then it has been fine. I've had it on today since the first games kicked off with no issues. I'm running on a DSL connection that is not that fast.
Have you tried all of their tips?

I disabled Norton Internet Security today and for the first time Supercast worked very well. If you are having problems try to work around your firewalls and various security prodcts on your computer.
Supercast looks good and runs well. My ISP povides on average 5MBS download speed.

What does Supercast have to do with the HR20?
Moving this thread to the general forum.

Works fine here.
Used Supercast today for first time, I am at work, worked flawlessly, I was surprised actually, based on some the reviews it's received here. No problems at all.

Works fine here as well. Id suspect your problem is user related.

Disable any toolbar / IE addons and any AV/firewall products and try again. No problems here since week 1.

Supercast has been great for me! I keep the redzone on the laptop and Brett Favre on the 100" screen. God, I love DirecTV!

I had problems the first week, but I've had no problems since then. Maybe you have bad connection speed?
I wonder if they will use Sling next year considering E* has purchased SlingMedia. I believe they are planning on operating as two separate companies, but it still seems odd.

I have used it for several weeks now and have had no problems. But I am using Charter Cable Modem 10Mbs so I guess I better not have a problem with it or Charter will get the call not D*.
Besides the week 1 mess, it's worked great for me.

Its funny you make no mention of things that would need to be considered for this to work. First off how fast is your connection? Not above 1 meg? If not then you probably will have some possible issues. Do you have antivirus? Do you have any anti spyware? Whens the last time you ran windows update? To many variables to just out right blame D*.

Oh come on CNM, it's always D*'s fault. It's very unusual that it has anything to do with the end user. :)

Worked acceptable for me today on a hotel network that is not that fast and with my Verizion internet Aircard in the car. Have you tried different bandwidth (low, medium-default, high) settings?

I am on vacation over here in Kauai Hawaii and started watching the Viking - Packer game, 7am Hawaii time, and the resort hotel dsl defaulted to the medium setting. The picture was choppy, froze all the time, and almost drove me to the local sportbar when it opened at 8am. I decided to adjust the setting down to low, and it worked pretty flawlessly, but the picture wasnt quite as sharp as the medium setting. The result of the game wasn't so good though. :(
