losing channels on my VIP 622

just wondered if anyone else is have any issues with thier 622?

I get all HD channels fine except when I try to go to HDnet news channel I get a lost signal error and it tries to connect.
i can page up or down to get the next channel and its just fine-just Hdnet news !
any thoughts?

Last time I accessed HDNet all was good. Odd it is only one channel. First place to start is the http://ekb.dbstalk.com/dishlist.htm and find the transponder HDNet is on. Once you do that check the signal strength of that transponder using the Dish Point screen. I would then compare it to other transponders while at the same time checking in general if your signal strength is fluctuating a lot.
