First, let me state that when I signed up for ST (part of a deal for another HR20), I specifically inquired if there was a way for me to receive the HD channels only without SF. I was assured that "yes, we have noted your account for that capability".
Knowing this information can be dicey, I figured I would not get the HD channels without Superfan. I called to confirm after the initial preview week-end, and sure enough - the statement was basically "No superfan, No HD".
I was okay with this as I've been treated fairly in regards to service and support. I really did not want to add a $99 Superfan bill.
So...today I see
"9/27/2007 Sunday Ticket HD- Charge $0.00"
Is This just
(a) part of their new tier setup (why would it be on my account?) or
(b) should I have received the HD channels as I originally had negotiated? or
(c) Both
