No HD Channels H-20 600 box

I have 2 h20-600 boxes. One of the boxes is fine. New channels and guide all ok. The other one has the old guide and no new channels. It shows the signal for 103(B) is strong. I have flipped locations of the box and no changes so it is obviously the box. As a side note I have been doing CE's but I have not been able to do the last few with this box because it would not accept the 0 2 4 6 8 command. The other one works fine. Any suggestions here? Thank you in advance.

You have probably tried this, but is your favorites list set to "All Channels?"

Yes I have tried but thanx for asking. Sometimes the most obvious works but in this case I have done that.
