Have had this less than 90 days - and this morning the unit will not respond to anything - doesn't turn on - its like the power supply is bad or something...
anyone experienced this??

I can only suggest a posible work around to your issue, try unplugging the unit for 10 minutes and plug it back in and see if it comes back up.

Just called D* - they said they have been having a lot of issues with the HR20-100 power supplies going bad -
they are shipping me a replacement...
hopefully it won't take too long to come.
