View Full Version : 625 - No Info Available on IPG & No On Demand!

I had my dish installed today with a 625. I'm getting No Info Available on many of the channels, so I cannot set my recordings for the programs and I tried to watch the On Demand for Dexter... But, it's also not available. Any ideas?

I have a 625 also. Turn off both tuners for at least 10 minutes and try again.

that might have been the problem. the contractor had turned on tuner two, when i don't have a 2nd tv and left the remote in the box... therefor, when i turned it off... only tuner 1 was off.

the On Demand doesn't seem to be working still... if i have Showtime I should be able to watch Weeds on On Demand, right?

It takes a few days for all the on demand movies to download also the EPG may not fully load till your first overnight.

hmmm, to me i shouldn't be paying for tonight's service if i don't get all of my services. oh well i guess...

I have Showtime and I just got home to check to see if I can watch anything from OnDemand, but it doesn't seem to offer anything... Does Dish not allow OnDemand series from Showtime?

Dish has "on Demand" movies but not Showtime's "on Demand". Dish's version downloads to your hard drive movies that you can then purchase.

pretty lame, i would have liked to have caught up on my showtime shows... damn them! i want fios =D
