Sometimes says wrong access card???

I have gottent in the last 6months,,probably 8 of these.
I come home from work,,turn on the TV through my AV remote and i get the message at the bottom right that I have inserted wrong access card.
I do a "restart receiver" with the 3 "dahses" and it comes back fine.
I don't turn the R15 off when I am not at home or overnight.
What is causing these random "you have insereted the wrong access card"
messages???

An access card going flaky may cause it...

Give DirecTV a call and see if they will send you a new access card

i will try them,,yes,,cause this is the card that came with the R15,,and it less than 6months old

Also possible dirty contacts. Unplug the box, and pull/re-insert the card several times.

The cards have their own little smarts in them and do sometimes die. D* is usually good in FedEx'ing a card to you (since you can't watch anything worthwhile without it).
