Been looking arounnd for something with no luck. Would like to interface my HR20 to the flat panel I use on my PC, have ssen the pinnacle devices but they only accept coax input which is not HD friendly. Anyone seen a device, either USB or on the PC bus that will allow me to connect a HR20 and play through the monitor? The monitor accepts DVI and VGA inputs

HDMI to DVI cable should work. What is the resolution of your monitor?
I actually go the other way from a PC DVI to my TV HDMI.

Depending on the DVI type it accepts, you may just need an HDMI->DVI converter

1440x900 - figured that might work, only thing I would not have by using the adapter is sound. Need to work that out now

Sounds like 720p and the RCA stereo to mini plug to your sound card.

Couple of amplified speakers could do it with a 1/8" mini female -> 2 RCA male adapter

RCA to 3.5mm will work if you have a set of computer speakers.

did not even think about that one, have a 8-1 speaker set on the pc that has aux inputs, total outlay 29.18, now I can watch SCFI-HD while wife is recording Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares and something else.

Thanks all
