DISHHome Lockups - Suggestions?

Hello, again-

EQUIP: E* 3900 (upgraded)
SW: P.144

ISSUE #1: Weather app hangs whether accessed by ch101 or via menu on ch100. Requires cancel or power down.

ISSUE #2: DISHHome seems to crash and return to programming when accessing "My Scores". (Returns to programming.)

I would like to avoid factory reset for the obvious reasons. Anyone remember the force firmware reload command?

Have you re-booted the receiver since the upgrade?

I have had issue #1 ever since Dish Home was introduced. Seems to hang on the "Loading" or Storing" phase, sometimes it can be cancelled, sometimes it just crashes the receiver. Never consistent though, sometimes it works fine and other times it locks. I've even had it happen when accessing it from channel 9500.

I've not had any issues with any other apps, so I can't confirm Issue#2. I've been in My Scores about 4 times with no problems so far. I've only got 4 teams set up in it right now, don't know if that would make a difference or not.

BTW, I have the same equip and SW (Upgraded 3900 at P.144)

The safest way to cancel without locking up is to press the Guide button on the remote and go to a different channel. If you use the cancel button during load/store or to cancel out of IWeather you are assured a lock up. This was corrected on Dish Home, at least on DP301/4900 where, when you cancel, you are returned to the last channel you where watching.
