Reviving an old topic... LOGO channel???

Does anyone have any idea when, if ever, Dish is going to add Logo (MTVs gay and lesbian channel)? DirectTV, RCN, Comcast and others have had it now for YEARS and it is hardly an obscure channel--it hosted a presidential debate just six weeks ago, has had several popular series, etc. (and Dish cut the one gay-lesbian channel they had on their lineup last year)

I cant imagine that a new natural wellness channel has more of an audience draw... and as for Dishs claim in the Veria press release about being providing programming "as diverse as our audience", well, thats just bullsh**

I'd bet on never ... although with the ties to Viacom they may try to force their way onto Dish Network by withholding other Viacom programming (and likely cause another faceoff with Charlie Ergen).

Not that they have anything specifically against any portion of the diverse audience ... it's just business. There is nothing to force the issue at th moment (it isn't a new channel and it isn't a "must have" channel in national popularity).

Just wait to it becomes At&t Dishnetwork early next year, then you may have a good chance of that happening.
