I have a HR20-700 and I wanted to know where I go in the menu to find out if I have the latest software. What would that version be and I how do I get it to d/l it if it is not the latest. Thanks

To display your current software version (Past Upgrade):

Menu button -> Help & Settings -> Setup -> Info & Test

Current national versions (http://www.dbstalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=110)

The national software versions will automatically download when they are available in your area. No need to force a download unless you are installing a new receiver.

My receiver does not show a software version option. That choice is not on the menu. Any more ideas?

Press the info button for 3 seconds and it will bring up the info screen.

The latest national release is 0x1B4.

It can be found in MENU -> HELP & SETTINGS -> SETUP -> INFO & TEST.
