Ran into a nasty little bug today. After setting up a BUNCH of timers (not sure how many, see below) I got a message saying that the maximum number of timers was reached (or maybe exceeded, I don't recall).
After getting that message, I can't bring up the list of shows previously recorded (using the PVR) button, OR the list of timers (using the menus). No screen that lists the timers will come up.
Wait a couple hours....
OK, now that one of my "on time" timers has gone off, I can get back into the list. There's still 64 timers left, so the max is 64 or 65 (not sure if one or two fired while I was out).
I guess I need to make sure I don't put too many timers into the system. I had 10 one-shots for this weekend to pick up all the episodes of "Taken", so by tomorrow I'll have some breathing room. But with 90 hours of storage and two tuners, it's going to be easy to keep running into the timer limit. Maybe Dish can increase the number of timers when they fix this bug.
