Is anyone else having ESPN HD problems this morning, such as pixelation and audio dropouts?

73 or 206?

There should be no difference. It is exactly the same channel mapped to different channel numbers.

73 is MPEG2 while 206 is MPEG4. Come from different satellites.

The problem seems to be just on ESPN 206. However, now there are only some minor audio dropouts for the most part

If I'm not mistaken they are still both MPEG 2 and just remapped. However both 72 and 206 look grainy to me right now.

You are correct they both are still MPEG2 right now and both come from the same sat they are just mapped to different channel numbers

I had that problem all day Saturday and then I got home late Saturday night and it had corrected itself. The same thing happened last Monday Night.

73 is MPEG2 while 206 is MPEG4. Come from different satellites.

I don't believe it is MPEG4 yet. It deffinetly is not from the new satallite. So, I'm pretty sure it is just a straight up remap/placeholder for the time being. Hopefully it will kick over soon.

I experienced audio dropouts and some minor pixelation on both channels last night during the Dallas/Buffalo game.

I experienced some audio issues last night on the Bufflo/Dallas game during the commercials. It sounded pretty bad. Video and audio on the game was great with no dropouts.
