Channel listing and what satellite they're on? [Archive]

I've been searching but haven't found much. As a recent (last Friday) convert from Dish Network to DirecTV, I used to consult the chart at http://www.dishchannelchart.com/ (http://www.dishchannelchart.com/) for Dish Network to find out what channels were on which satellite.

About the only thing I've been able to find so far that's comparable for DirecTV is a wiki entry here:

Does anything better exist? Thanks.

Lyngsat has a fairly complete listing, the limitations are you cant search by channel and it doesn't tell you what transponder a channel is on. You pick a sat and get a list of all the channels on it. I just checked and on 103 it is combining a&b into one list:

This list doesn't appear to be complete. Our local (Harrisburg/Lancaster, PA) HD Locals are from 103, but aren't listed at all.

Nope.. thanks for the info, John.. now if we only knew which transponder these were on...:lol:
