Protection Plan and Old Tivo unit?

I recently upgraded to the HR20-100 system and lucky got upgrade free. I have an old Phillips SD Tivo unit that has just went out. I know I can call DirecTv and find out but I'd thought I ask here first,since I have Protection Plan do you think I can get another HR20-100 to replace the Phillips unit at No Cost?

I had the same unit go out on me about a month ago.... they would only replace it with an R15. But this was also only less then 10 days after getting a new HR20-700 for free, so your results may vary. Can't hurt to try though.

I had an old unactivated Std. receiver(non Tivo) that I had DirecTv active for the moment. I only have 1 HD TV and it in my Living room so I don't need a 2nd HR20-100 at the moment. I kept my old HR10-250 HD/Tivo unit active and I am using it in my bedroom as just a SD unit. It might be better to wait 6 months or so before I try to see what can a deal I can get for a 2nd HR20-100 since I don't really need at the moment.
