I am curious. How many owners of the PVR721 have an Ethernet and home networking port on the back of the unit covered by silver tape?
I ask this because I have owned two 721's purchased from Dish Depot in July and one had to be RMA'd. The one Dish sent has the ports on the back and my other one dosen't.
What's the deal? I have read about refurbished and new unit replacements. Since this unit has come out only 6 months ago aren't they all basically new. I don't mind new or refurbished, as long as it works! But it seems to me one with an Ethernet port would be more desirable for a broadband internet connection.:shrug: :confused:
