I'm trying to find out if the Slimline mast foot is the same size as my current 3 LNB dish mast. Anyone have the dimensions and maybe a diagram of the mounting holes?

It is larger. The holes will not line up. Sorry.

However, if you had a bit of time, I supposed you could take a 1/4 in bit and drill new holes.

There are 2 of them that I have seen one larger that the one in 3 lnb and the cal-amp same size of the 3 lnb.

Thanks for the replies, photo and diagrams. I guess it's standard procedure to have to drill more holes in the structure or roof.

Based on the comment by PANCHITO, I picked up a Cal Amp Slimline and yes the foot mounting holes exactly line up with the ones on my old dish. :)

Maybe the one in the diagram that Anonuser provided in made by WNC because the hole pattern is different.

The photos and diagrams posted in my earlier post were posted many months ago by someone else. http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?p=955758&highlight=slimline+bracket#post955758

I was anticipating updating my Phase III to a Slimline, and had the same concerns (bolt hole patterns matching) - so I downloaded the sketches/photo.

I purchased my Slimline on Ebay. When it arrived, it had been repackaged, so I don't know if its a CalAmp or WNC (are there visual differences between the two - so I can determine which one I purchased??).

The Slimline I purchased has the larger mounting pad - as illustrated in my previous post, requiring new mounting holes.

If you read the entire thread I referenced above, DENVERMTNGUY purchased a Slimline with the same bolt hole pattern as the 3 LNB antenna. He did not indicate the manufacturer of his Slimline.

FWIW, DENVERMTNGUY is wrong. The base plate is not the same size. :nono:

There are at least 2 manufacturers of Slimline dishes. I know of WNC and Cal Amp. There is no manufacturer's name stamped on the mast or base plate. It only reads DirecTV Pat Pend. I assume the mast assembly that I have is Cal Amp since the LNB that came with it has a sticker with Cal Amp printed on it.
