Does anyone have this working. I followed the steps but so far no go.

saw these on sale for $349. I was wondering if they could work.

well after several tries it looks as if the Mybook Studio 1Tb is a no go. No matter what I do, I cannot get it to work. Back to the drawing board I guess.

The WD My book hard drives DO NOT work with the eSATA setup. read through others threads to confirm. I tried several times as well and failed. I finally went with a WD 1tb internal with a Kingwin enclosure and it works GREAT from first startup. Keep it simple and install an internal HD with an external enclosure, you will not go wrong IMHO.
