I'm a business customer, and I feel like D* has been lying to us for a long time now. We've been promised all these HD channels just like residential customers and they keep changing the release dates for them - originally it was supposed to be the end of September, and now they're telling us it's late-October/early-November. What's weird is that NESNHD is coming in, but NFLHD isn't (among others). Actually, as far as I can tell, NESNHD is the only new HD channel that we are getting.

Does anyone have a real idea of what's going on? When I asked them why there was a delay, they said there was no "specific reason", which is BS.

They never said all channels would be HD at once. Many are up, and others will be coming online all month and beyond. Check all of this thread for currently offered channels. Many more RSN's should be coming online this month as well, according to many rumors...

I understand that. But many of the HD channels that are available to residential customers aren't available to commercial ones. That's what frustrates me.

I have business service at my office. I have never looked into HD for the office though.

I would think w/ the proper equipment you would get the same channels. I know that the accounting and programming packages are different, but i figured the business accounts could get the HD channels. Interesting......

I have H20 receivers with a 5-LNB dish. The channels either say "Channel not purchased" (like NFL HD), or say that its searching for the station.

If it's searching for a satellite signal you need your dish looked at. It sounds like it may be out of alignment or have a bad LNB for the 103.

possibly the incorrect dish all together, or no b-band converters
