Albany locals?

Anyone know where on the list the Albany, NY DMA is? If it's on the list at all?

Sure would like to be able to set my dad up with locals....

Not sure of the number but I dont think either provider is interested in Albany right now. E * in fact passed you over in favor of the Vermont DMA. Of course a lot of folks in Vermont actually watch Albany.

I live in the Albany market and I'm not holding my breath. Time Warner has huge penetration with internet cable access and since they charge extra for internet without cable, I think that would make people think twice before switching from cable to satellite. Also if TW people switched to E*, they would lose YES network. So it seems it would be harder to gain more subscribers in the Albany DMA than another DMA.

Doesn't do my Dad any good. He lives in Schoharie county. No cable out there.
