Recording HD Mpeg4 channels while watching HD Mpeg 2 channels problem

I just noticed tonight that while recording off of any of the new Mpeg 4 HD channels (recording Law and Order SVU on USAHD right now) and then tuning the other tuner to any of the Mpeg 2 HD channels (tried all of them) I get bad break up and loss of sound every 10 seconds or so on the Mpeg 2 HD channels. If I stop the recording then it's fine on both channels. Also if I tune to any HD OTA channel or any sat SD channel while recording HD Mpeg 4 it works fine. It seems like it just dosn't like recording Mpeg4 channels and then tuning to an Mpeg 2 HD channel at the same time. Anyone else experiencing this? :mad:

My 103b signals are in the 60s to low 70s (yea I know it needs tweaked but it hasn't given me any troubles tuning in the new channels) and the 119 sat doesn't have anything lower than 99.

Ok now I just went back and tuned in TNTHD while recording USAHD and it was fine. I also tuned in HDNET Movies and ESPN HD and no problem now.
I was able to reproduce it twice before. Hmmm maybe it was just some weird glitch.

i've had a similar problem that i started a poll in. it also had something to do with mpeg4 channels. only this was after having both tuners on mpeg4 channels and then turning to an ota.....u would get pixelation on the ota channel and ota tuner 2 would drop down to 0 like once every 10 seconds or so. the only way to fix it was to set one of the tuners to an sd channel and then back to whatever ota channel u wanted to watch. seems like a similar deal. maybe mpeg4 is overloading tuners or something.
