Adelphia/Empire Sports Subscribe to DTV

This passed Sunday the Chargers Bills NFL game was blacked out in Buffalo. After the game Empire Sports on DTV channel 626 has a post game show where the host said they had the feed from the game in there studio.

I know television stations get the feed because they are the press, but didn't they have to get it through the NFL Sunday Ticket available only through DTV?

Empire is owned by Adelphia Cable!!

They could have picked the feed up from C-band.

The last 3 minutes of the game were shown on channel 4 (I cant stand listening to the biasesness of Van and Murph on 97 Rock.), I was hoping the magic midget would have a comeback (I never like him as a Bill, but know that he's gone I don't mind Floutie). Oh well it's a sure bet they'll lose next week in GB. :)

I used to beable to pick up some blacked out games from simulcasts done in Canada, but my antenna needs to be re aligned now.

They also, may have been getting the Network Digital feed.
