NFL Sunday Ticket Blackout Rules

I live in the Jacksonville area and the Jags v. Titans will be blacked out in Jacksonville on Sunday. Can I still watch the game on the NFL Sunday Ticket that I subscribe to?

Their NFL contract requires them to blackout games in the local markets if they are blacked out for that Sundays game.
