DP Code for software Download?

Does anyone know the code or process to get another DP WebTV reciever download..on an exsiting reciever? I feel like my DP hd has been corrupted? It is getting buggy lately? Any suggestions?:shrug:

Turn the power off, then press Option, Option then 867-5309 It will dial in and download whatever software is on Microsofts server. :)

Be advised that this will wipe out everything, including saved recordings. Unless you are having problems beyond what the rest of us are going through (failed EPG download, loss of audio after skip), this will merely reload the same bugs and you will have to recreate your settings and timers.

It's never erased saved recordings anytime I've done it.

My DP has been more buggy since the last receiver update..mostly the no sound on fast forward or rewind...

I usually try 32768 code and/or removing the smart card before tyring the "Jenny Code" 8675309
