I just replaced my 501 for the third time in a year with this last time being because of signal loss. The receiver would not hold a signal even though other receivers put in its spot got perfect signals.
Dish replaced the receiver and I hooked the new one up and I think that the receiver is using the same software version as my old receiver (v167) but now the guide lists information unavailable more than it lists what's on.
Is this a software glitch or hardware?
