NBA League Pass free preview or active?

Just curious, are all Dish network subs getting NBA preseason games on the League Pass Channels (561-up), or did they turn the package on early this year?
Tonight we have Dallas/Chicago on 561, there were games on last night as well.
I don't remember getting preseason games this early last year....560 still says I have to subscribe to the pass, which i did, called them 2 weeks ago......I was told it started 10/30...

I ws able to get 560 on one receiver and the other receiver said that I had to
subscribe. I had 561 on both receivers. So I called tech support and they got me
560 on both receivers. But this morning, I see that I have been billed $159 twice.
So I am now on the phone with a CSR in India trying to straighten it out.

Also last night I was unable to access NHL CI on either receiver. Tech support had
to reauthorize me for CI and I am also billed twice. So the balance on my account
is about $593 which my credit card is scheduled to be billed tomorrow.
