I had an HR20 installed at the end of August. Everything has worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. All of my OTA channels show a 771 error now. System test shows "OK. Acquired at 0%" for both tuners. Signal meter shows "Not Acquired" for both tuners.
My antenna is outside. I have a 2-way splitter with 1 line running to the TV and 1 running to the HR20. The TV pulls in the channels just fine, so it'not the antenna. I swapped out the coax and splitter and still no luck.
I've reset the OTA and set it up again. I've reset the box.
Do OTA tuners just die, or could something else be going on?
