Question about picture quality

I have a question about the picture quality coming off the HR20 in High-Def. I live in the Chicago area and specifically I've noticed some channels have a ghosting effect and some color bleed issues. The most notable channels I've noticed this on was channel 7 (ABC), channel 5 (NBC) and channel 32 (Fox). I'm connected through component cables running through a cat6 cable connection in the wall. I found wall plates that can run component video over a cat6 cable. I'm not thrilled with the connection but before I try another connection I wanted to see if anyone else noticed the same picture issues. It appears that this recently happened probably within the last 2 months.

I have that ghosting effect with most HD channels I have, I don't think it really hurts anything and is only temporary for me anyway.
