STO Channel 657

I don't subscribe to Sports Pack, nor am I in the Ohio DMA, but I have been getting STO (Ch 657) for almost a month now. Just wondering why? Is this a standard channel now in the Choice packages or a programming glitch?

STO is considered a regional sports network since it only focuses on Cleveland sports, mainly the Indians. I know I get FSN Detroit even though I live several hundred miles from Detroit. It may be just one you are fortunate to get.
