HD Locals

Is there somewhere to find out about upcoming HD Locals? I live between Baton Rouge and New Orleans but am closer to Baton Rouge. I can not get New Orleans HD locals. I am using an OTA antenna but my reception is mediocre. The installer told me that HD locals were going to be in the new HD rollout for my area but I have found no information anywhere about DirecTv expanding their hd local coverage. Where can I find more information?

Really, DIRECTV doesn't release information on upcoming markets until they go live. Takes the pressure off them if it doesn't go right on schedule.
