With the success of Steven Spielberg's "Taken," the Sci-Fi Channel jumped into the No. 1 position among basic satellite/cable channels during a recent two-week period. The premieres of "Taken" over 10 nights earlier this month earned an average 4.1 rating (3.259 million households. Sci-Fi is delivered to more than 80 million homes.
