To read it and say it
In the most civil of tongues
At times, with humor
At others, with vile
But we keep coming back
With our good taste in tact
To spend time with DBS friends for awhile
And if TV is a waste
And if sports are a rip
And if movies take up too much of our time
At least we can say
That at least for one day
The world be at peace - for yours and for mine
Merry Christmas and Peace

I would like to wish everyone a safe and happy Holiday Season!
I will be taking some time away from DBSTalk.COM over the next few week. (Oh I will still be here just not as much)
This year I am getting my Christmas present after Christmas, as my wife is due to deliver my first Son on December 27th. So I am going to the Hospital with my wife and will be there with her when she delivers our new son who's name will be Richard Henry.
I would like thank everyone who helped me this year with the DBSTalk.COM Holiday Channel! Many of the songs you heard on the Holiday Channel this year were uploaded by our Gold Members. I thank the rest of the DBSTalk staff and TNGTony for their various Holiday Specials and help. It's been fun the last month playing radio station guy. Running a 24/7 LIVE station was a lot of work but I think it was worth it. I hope you all enjoyed it.
I would also like to thank everyone for helping us shape up to become one of the Internet's best satellite forums. While we have done lot's of work behind the scenes to bring you the best server technology available, it would all be worthless without you!
A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone at DBSTalk.COM.
All the best to you and your family in 2003.

Again Happy Holidays.

Merry Christmas everybody! Since I can't give all of you guys a gift except for my presence (I know. I'll shut up now. :D), I figured the line-ups by genre can be my small Christmas gift to you. Congratulations on your son Scott. If he's anything like my little nephew, may God be with you. :) LOL.

From my family to all of yours, I wish you a most joyous holiday season. Merry Christmas everyone!
I wish everyone a happy and safe Christmas. May God be with all of you over the next year. And may we all try to remember (myself included!) that, no matter how tempting the idea may be, that it is Jesus Christ's birthday. Not present day. Happy Christmas everybody!...

While we are celebrating this holiday season with friends and family, lets all take a moment to say a prayer for our Brothers, Sisters, Mothers, and Fathers serving in our Armed Forces both at home and abroad. God Bless them and keep them safe from harm!

Isaiah 9:6 -
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Merry Christmas to all my friends at DBSTalk.com, and may God bless you all in the new year.
Scott - it won't be long before you can't even remember what a Christmas was like without kids! They are such a blessing - I have two young boys myself, one of whom is reading over my shoulder right now! :D
