Get ready for more basketball, rodeos, cart racing and pool matches on ESPN. Apparently they are considering canceling NHL2nite. A great hockey show on an otherwise lousy (currently) network for hockey coverage.

This is really upsetting, NHL2Nite is about the only good leaguewide coverage that we get in the States. Now that ESPN has taken a lot of games away for the *expletive* NBA, they want to make sure that the only other coverage we get is a couple of frames of fights and a hit or two along with some cute comments on SportsCenter.
UUUGGGGHHHH......

I am very happy that I can get the Center Ice.
It rocks. What was there, 10 games on tonight? :)

By the way, The latest word from Dish Network regarding The NHL Network on Center Ice's channel 539 is still a resounding "We don't know when it will be up". Amazing that this is still a no show after I was originally given a date when I first signed up for it.

Looks like ESPN heard all the angry cries from NHL fans all over the place as NHL2Night appears to be back. Hope that petition did some good.
